Which Way Up: Galaxy Games the Olympics game we need.

Sydney-based Game Developers Turtle Flip Studio have announced that their upcoming gravity-bending party platformer Which Way Up: Galaxy Games which was in our top three games of PAX Aus 2024 will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in Q1 2025.

“Nintendo Switch was always a consideration for us as its multiplayer focus and easy to pickup-and-play style lends itself perfectly to the platform,” studio director Nick Cellini stated.

In addition to the name change and the game now coming to Nintendo Switch Turtle Flip has also announced that the game is coming to Kickstarter. Donating to the Kickstarter will give the team the opportunity to add even more to the game including online multiplayer, more games and additional platforms and more. If you interested in the game we highly recommend going over to steam and checking out the demo.

About Which Way Up: Galaxy Games

“Which Way Up: Galaxy Games is a family friendly party game that gives unique freedom of movement by allowing you to run on walls and ceilings, orbit around planets, or fall across entire levels by manoeuvring through gravity fields.

Before The Universe existed, the Celestial Space Sprites banded together one-by-one to see a dream come to fruition: the dream of life itself. As The Universe began to take shape, so too did space. But space is unpredictable, and creating life is tiresome work. So, the Sprites took it upon themselves to create a pastime. The Galaxy Games.

Each event features its own unique bite-sized challenge where up to 4 players can compete. Eject your friends into space as you race across gravity fields, score a goal with an entire moon, leap across planets to escape a black hole, and capture and hold zodiacal constellations.”

As we said Which Way Up: Galaxy Games was one of our favourite games at PAX last year and you know we are going to be at the booth for hours on end again this year be sure to let us know what you guys think of the game.
