After a confusing CES in Las Vegas this year where it seemed that everyone had all the info on Nintendo’s new up coming console all out on display it was weird that Nintendo stayed so quiet well turns out they weren’t as quiet as we thought they were.

After accessory manufacturer Genki revealed Nintendo’s Switch 2 models to the public at the event. Genki has since revealed the leaks that the images were created based on leaked information and not on seeing Switch 2 as many had thought.

Well Nintendo didn’t appreciate e the mock-up’s on the floor at all and Nintendo reportedly sent lawyers to confront Genki over their said Switch 2 mock-up’s.

This info comes according to Julien Tellouck (famous French video game journalist)

Nintendo shortly came to their CES booth with lawyers, asking them what’s up and Genki responded that they did nothing wrong, never signed an NDA.

But this is Nintendo we are talking about and when they are on the case it never ends well and most likely they will probably trying to sue them but that’s just based off previous times Nintendo have had to deal with leakers and pirates.
