Metal Gear Solid Delta, Assassin’s Creed Mirage and Halo reportedly coming to Nintendo Switch 2

Big Line Up

With the news that the Nintendo Switch 2 will be revealed this week the hype levels here at 1-up are starting to rise the only real downside is that the leaks from all the insiders have stated that we will have to wait just a little bit longer before we get to see the games that will be coming to the system but that hasn’t stopped the leakers from giving us a little sneak peek.

industry insider and man who just seems to know everything Switch 2 related at this point Nate the Hate reports that the new console’s third-party line up is going to be the best we have seen in quite a while as it includes long-awaited remaster Metal Gear Solid Delta and a large selection of Ubisoft games like Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

Other Ubisoft ports allegedly include games from The Division series and Rainbow Six Siege. The Mario + Rabbids games are also reportedly coming to Switch 2, potentially in a single package Ubisoft seem to really be betting big on the switch successor.

Nate the Hate said a number of Xbox games are coming to Switch 2, including Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. We reported on this earlier in the week.

Nate the hate had this to say during his Nintendo Switch 2 predictions video “one title that will be there within the launch window comes from Ubisoft, and it’s going to be Assassin’s Creed Mirage.”

Nate the Hate adds that “Assassin’s Creed Shadows is one of those in-development ports, it just won’t be ready for launch and probably won’t be ready for the launch window. I’ve been told that Ubisoft is doing more than half a dozen games for the Switch 2, and a lot of them are going to be late ports. These are from a range of franchises like The Division, Rainbow Six Siege. There’s also discussion and some consideration for a Mario Rabbids collection, so it’d have 1 and 2 in a single package … I think, for Ubisoft, if they can port the game, they will port the game.”

If even a little of this info turns into reality its safe to say that the Switch 2 could have one of the best launch line ups a console has had in a very long time, And in an age where the launch line up is slowly becoming a thing of the past all this does is add the hype that im already feeling.
