Jason Schreier at Bloomberg has shared news from Sony that Bend and Bluepoint Studios have both had in development live service games cancelled.

He reports that Bluepoint was working on a live service God of War game.

This comes after several other PlayStation live service games have been cancelled including Concord, after it was launched. Jason reports Sony is not shutting either studio but did write this:

Sony didn’t say if the cancellations will lead to job cuts. In a memo to staff reviewed by Bloomberg, the company said it’s “working closely with Bend and Bluepoint to determine what are the next projects and plan to do everything we can to ensure there is minimal business impact.”
