So another Xbox developer Direct has come and gone and in my personal opinion that was the best one yet with some really cool insights in to what Xbox has cooking for the first half of this year and a little look of what’s to come.

Here’s the rundown of everything announced at the show

NINJA GAIDEN 4 WAS ANNOUNCED

YES IT HAPPENED Ninja Gaiden 4 was announced a brand-new mainline entry that arrives in Fall (aussie Spring) this year after a 13-year hiatus (co-developed with legendary action studio PlatinumGames).

Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Team NINJA, the studio behind the majority of these iconic titles, has declared 2025 to be “The Year of the Ninja.”

 The year of the Ninja kicks off with 2008 Ninja Gaiden 2 getting a full unreal engine 5 remaster and even better its out right now.

SOUTH OF MIDNIGHT RELEASE DATE ANNOUNCED

South of Midnight finally has a release date Compulsion Games revealed that the game will launch on April 8.

“Imbued with these new abilities, Hazel will confront and subdue dangerous creatures, untangle the webs of her own family’s shared past and -if she’s lucky – find her way to a place that feels like home,” the game’s description reads.

“At Compulsion Games, we love to craft around central themes,” game director Jasmin Roy said. “We’re lucky to have talent across all our disciplines that collaborate to give South of Midnight such a unique personality.”

CLAIR OBSCUR: EXPEDITION 33 IS COMING REAL SOON

The game will officially launch on April 24.

With only one year left to live, join Gustave, Maelle, and their fellow Expeditioners as they embark upon a desperate quest to break the Paintress’ cycle of death, Follow the trail of previous expeditions and discover their fate. Get to know the members of Expedition 33 as they learn to work together against impossible odds.

“We’ve poured our hearts and souls in this game for the past four years,” production director Francois Meurisse said.

DOOM: The Dark Ages Has A Release Date

DOOM: The Dark Ages has been confirmed to release on May 15, 2025

What was the thing that got me the most hyped you ask well everything this was a me ass show and I for one can not wait to jump into all of these games as soon as they come out and thanks to Xbox Game Pass I wont have to wait.
