Pokémon TCG Pocket is set to release its fourth expansion, Triumphant Light, on February 28, 2025. This expansion introduces the Mythical Pokémon Arceus ex, along with other notable Pokémon such as Leafeon ex, Glaceon ex, and Garchomp ex. Players can also look forward to new Link Abilities that enhance strategic gameplay.

Key Features of the Triumphant Light Expansion:

• Arceus ex: As the centrepiece of this expansion, Arceus ex brings its unique abilities to the game, offering new strategies for players to explore.
• New Link Abilities: These abilities allow for synergistic effects between Pokémon, adding depth and complexity to battles.
• Additional Pokémon: The expansion includes new cards featuring Pokémon like Heatran, Crobat, Gible, Gabite, and Marshadow, expanding the roster and providing more options for deck building.

To celebrate the release, a special in-game event offers players free booster packs, including the Genetic Apex: Pikachu and Genetic Apex: Mewtwo packs, each containing at least one card with a rarity of four diamonds or higher. This event runs from February 27, 2025, at 6:00 a.m. PST to April 29, 2025, at 10:59 p.m. PST.

Additionally, ranked matches are scheduled to be introduced in March 2025, allowing players to compete against others of similar skill levels and adding a competitive element to the game.
