Purple Play and developer Purple Tree have announced Baki Hanma: Blood Arena, a new 2D action game inspired by the popular Baki anime series. The game is set to launch in September 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.

Baki Hanma: Blood Arena draws inspiration from classic titles like Punch-Out!!, offering a high-energy combat experience that emphasizes precision and timing. Players will step into the role of Baki Hanma, engaging in battles against 12 unique opponents, each mastering their own fighting style. The game also features an original soundtrack that captures the intensity of the Baki universe.
