Zynga has announced that Star Wars: Hunters, the free-to-play arena shooter, will be taken offline on October 1, 2025. The game’s final content update is scheduled for April 15, 2025, introducing a new Support Hunter named Tuya, who will be available to all players at no cost. Additionally, Season 5 will be extended by three weeks, with events, shop bundles, and ranked leaderboards remaining active until the servers shut down.

Launched globally in June 2024 on mobile devices and Nintendo Switch, Star Wars: Hunters will have been operational for just over a year before its closure. The decision to discontinue the game reflects the challenges faced by live-service titles in maintaining player engagement over time.

Players are encouraged to enjoy the final months of the game, making the most of the upcoming content update and extended season.
