Speculation about a potential remake of “Persona 4” has intensified following the discovery of a newly registered domain, “p4re.jp,” on March 20, 2025 by @ScrambledFaz. This registration mirrors the pattern observed prior to the announcement of “Persona 3 Reload,” where the domain “p3re.jp” was registered before its official reveal.
As told by Faz, p3re. jp was registered in 2023, and we got an official Persona 3 Reload announcement a few weeks later. This looks to be a carbon copy of these events, only this time we’re swapping the 3 for a 4.
Fans are optimistic that this remake will leverage assets from the “Persona 3” remake, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Discussions among the community suggest that both remakes might have been developed concurrently, ensuring a cohesive and enriched gameplay environment.
While no official confirmation has been made by Atlus, the consistent domain naming strategy has led many to anticipate an announcement for “Persona 4 Reload” in the near future but as always until an opffical announcement take all this with a grain of salt.
