​Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Essential games for April 2025, offering subscribers a diverse lineup of titles to enjoy. Starting April 1, members can download the following games at no extra cost:

RoboCop: Rogue City
Step into the role of the iconic law enforcement officer in this first-person shooter. Set in a semi-open world Detroit, the game features voice acting by Peter Weller, reprising his role as RoboCop. Available PS5.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre
Experience a third-person asymmetrical horror game based on the classic 1974 film. Players can choose to be victims trying to escape the Slaughter family’s clutches or embody the family members hunting them down. Available on both PS4 and PS5.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory
Join Keisuke Amazawa in a digital adventure to clear his name after being falsely accused of a crime. The game combines adventure, raising, and battle elements, featuring over 320 Digimon to discover. Available on PS4.

These titles will be available for download from April 1 until May 5. To claim these games, simply log into your PlayStation Plus account and add them to your library during the promotion period. Remember, March’s free games, including “Dragon Age: The Veilguard,” “Sonic Colours: Ultimate,” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection,” are available until March 31 so dont forget to download them before they are gone.
