​PUBG: Battlegrounds has launched a limited-time dating simulation event titled “Winner Winner Romantic Dinner” as part of its April Fools’ Day celebrations. Developed in collaboration with ReLU Games, this event runs from April 1 to April 29, 2025. ​

In this simulation, players assume the role of a high school student preparing for a school festival. The twist? PUBG’s iconic firearms are anthropomorphized as fully voiced anime-style characters, each with unique personalities and storylines. Players can interact with these characters, leading to multiple possible endings. Completing different story paths unlocks various rewards, including themed nameplates, Contraband Coupons, sprays, emblems, and G-Coin. ​

To participate, access the event through the in-game lobby banner or by logging in with a KRAFTON ID linked to a PUBG: Battlegrounds account. Rewards are contingent upon accessing the game via these methods. ​

Beyond the dating sim, PUBG is hosting the “Land, Love, Survive” in-game event from April 1 to April 8, 2025. This event encourages cooperative play through a series of social and squad-based missions, offering rewards such as Event Tokens, BP, Hunter’s Chests, Keys, and Contraband Coupons. ​
