​Nintendo has announced that classic Nintendo GameCube games will be available on the Nintendo Switch 2 through the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack service. At launch, subscribers will have access to titles such as The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, F-Zero GX, and Soulcalibur II, with plans to add more games like Super Mario Sunshine, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, and Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness in the future. ​

To enhance the experience, Nintendo will release a wireless GameCube-style controller for the Switch 2, allowing players to enjoy these classics with authentic controls. ​

These GameCube titles will feature improvements such as enhanced resolution, customizable controls, and the ability to save progress at any point, providing both nostalgic appeal and modern conveniences for players. ​
