Xbox didn’t just bring the heat they turned up the entire thermostat on what to expect from the future of gaming across Series X|S, PC, and Game Pass. Whether you’re a diehard shooter fan, RPG connoisseur, or indie enthusiast, there was something for everyone.

The Outer Worlds 2 Gets a Release Date

Obsidian kicked off the show with an explosive new trailer for The Outer Worlds 2, confirming its release date: October 29, 2025. The signature sarcastic tone and corporate dystopia are back in full force, with improved visuals, new planets, and even bigger choices. It’s coming day one to Game Pass.

High on Life 2 Skates In With Surprise Reveal

Squanch Games debuted High on Life 2, which now features skateboard traversal, new alien guns, and more absurdity than ever. It’s coming this winter to Xbox and PS5 day one on Game Pass.

Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy Confirmed

Focus Entertainment revealed Resonance, the next chapter in the A Plague Tale saga. It appears to continue Hugo and Amicia’s legacy in a darker, more ambitious world. Scheduled for 2026, it’ll hit Game Pass day one.

The ROG Xbox Ally Is Official

Microsoft revealed a sleek new handheld: the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally, a custom-branded Xbox version of the Steam Deck-style PC gaming device. It supports Game Pass natively and runs Windows 11, making it a true Xbox on the go.

The Blood of Dawnwalker

The Blood of Dawnwalker is the first chapter of Rebel Wolves’ brand new role-playing saga a single-player open-world dark fantasy action-RPG with a strong focus on story and narrative. Developed on Unreal Engine 5 for Xbox X|S and Xbox PC.

You play as Coen, a young man turned into a Dawnwalker, forever treading the line between the world of day and the realm of night. Use your skills and combine vampiric strength with human resolve as you take on a quest to save the ones you love. Face your foes be they human, monster, or the ticking clock itself. Super Meat Boy 3D Goes Fully 3D

Team Meat is evolving the formula. Super Meat Boy 3D is coming in 2026, bringing the tight platforming you love to a new 3D perspective while keeping that same level of difficulty.

Ninja Gaiden 4 Brings Back Ryu Hayabusa

Team Ninja is back! The definitive ninja action-adventure franchise returns with NINJA GAIDEN 4! It launches October 21.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants

Discover a breathtaking mystery long-hidden in the depths of Rome. An all new story chapter takes Indiana Jones to the ancient streets of Rome where forgotten catacombs twist into something far more sinister.

Indy must outwit a dangerous cult and decipher puzzles designed by emperors to uncover the dark legacy of the Nephilim giants. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants is available September 4.

Beast of Reincarnation Is Game Freak’s Darkest Game Yet

Game Freak shocked the crowd with Beast of Reincarnation, an action RPG set in a devastated, monster-filled Japan. This is far removed from Pokémon and we’re here for it.

Clockwork Revolution Returns With Gameplay

We got another look at InXile’s Clockwork Revolution, a BioShock style, time bending RPG. The trailer emphasized how player choices and time travel affect the world in surprising ways. Still no date, but it looks better than ever.

Grounded 2 Announced for July 29

Obsidian returned once more with Grounded 2, the sequel to their co-op backyard survival hit. New areas, new bugs, and deeper base building were shown off and it’s arriving July 29.

At Fate’s End Is a New Action Adventure

A new original IP titled At Fate’s End was announced, showcasing a world-ending scenario and a mysterious magical force. Not much was shown, but it’s locked in for Game Pass.

Gears of War: Reloaded is a celebration of one of gaming’s most iconic franchises rebuilt with 4K resolution, up to120 FPS support, and fully modernized multiplayer.

Persona 4 Revival The Long-Rumoured Remake is Real

Atlus dropped jaws with the reveal of Persona 4 Revival, a full remake of the PS2 classic with modern visuals and updated mechanics. This long-requested remake is coming to Xbox, PS5, and PC—with Game Pass on day one.

Smugglers’ Tide Sea of Thieves Season 17

A new gang of nefarious troublemakers have infiltrated the Sea of Thieves! Known as The Smuggler’s League, they’re recruiting pirates willing to deal with dangers others’ are afraid to handle, including weapons and some of the most perilously powerful explosives ever seen on the seas.

Crews that think they’re up to the challenge can embark on new Smuggler’s Voyages to salvage — or steal — these hot properties and see them safely into the wrong hands, but one false move could spell disaster. Sparks are sure to fly when Season 17: Smugglers’ Tide launches in August, free for all players.

Invincible VS Is a 3v3 Brawler

A new fighting game set in the Invincible universe was revealed. Titled Invincible VS, it’s a 3v3 tag-team fighter featuring Omni-Man, Atom Eve, and more. Launches in 2026 on Xbox and PC.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Headed to Xbox

FFVII Remake Intergrade is finally coming to Xbox later this winter. Players can jump into the Midgar arc with enhanced visuals and the Intermission Yuffie DLC included.

Final Fantasy XVI Shadow Drops on Xbox

Square Enix wasn’t done yet. In a move nobody saw coming, Final Fantasy XVI was stealth-launched for Xbox Series X|S. It includes both story expansions The Rising Tide and Echoes of the Fallen making this version the definitive edition.

From Lee Petty and Double Fine Productions, Keeper is a story told without words in which a long-forgotten lighthouse is awakened and, joined by a spirited seabird, embarks upon a heartening tale of unlikely companionship and an unexpected journey into realms beyond understanding. Available October 17, 2025

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Officially Revealed

Black Ops 7 was unveiled with a cinematic trailer and details about its near-future setting in 2035. The game brings back David Mason in a co-op campaign, standalone Zombies, and a new Warzone integration. It’s also launching day one on Game Pass.

Phil Spencer closed the show by teasing what’s still to come in 2026:
