A new dark fantasy action RPG is making its way onto the scene. Project EVILBANE, the upcoming title from developer Netmarble F&C, is now officially set to arrive in the second half of 2026 for PC, with an Xbox Series X|S release scheduled for 2027.

The game, which has been teased for several years under its codename, is aiming to deliver a large-scale experience rooted in gothic fantasy themes, blending fast-paced combat with role-playing depth. While details remain scarce, the developers have hinted at an ambitious world filled with brutal enemies, high-stakes battles, and a grim atmosphere that recalls the aesthetic of both Korean RPGs and Western dark fantasy.

The staggered launch plan appears to be strategic. By leading with PC, Netmarble can take advantage of the platform’s flexibility and establish its player base before bringing the game to consoles. The Xbox Series version, arriving roughly a year later, is expected to launch with technical refinements and possible content updates included.
