PlayStation announced the Hyperpop Collection with three new designs for PS5 accessories, launching this March

So Sexy

Hyperpop Collection

PlayStation is leaning harder into bold hardware aesthetics this spring. The company has officially unveiled the Hyperpop Collection, a new lineup of PS5 accessories featuring three striking designs, all set to launch in March.

The Hyperpop Collection isn’t subtle. These new designs lean into high-contrast colours, layered patterns, and an almost chaotic visual identity that feels intentionally loud a sharp departure from PlayStation’s traditionally muted hardware palettes. It’s a move that seems squarely aimed at players who want their setup to stand out rather than blend in.

While PlayStation hasn’t positioned the collection as a limited run, the announcement frames it as a seasonal drop, which usually suggests availability may be tighter than standard accessories. The collection spans multiple PS5 peripherals, including DualSense controllers and console covers, all carrying the same visual DNA.

From what’s been shown, each of the three designs has its own personality rather than feeling like simple color swaps. There’s a clear emphasis on contrast, with splashes of neon-like tones layered over darker bases, giving the accessories a distinctly modern, almost street-art feel. It’s the kind of look that wouldn’t feel out of place in a music video or fashion collab.

Stand out with Remix Green.

Stay locked in with Rhythm Blue.

Pricing hasn’t been confirmed yet, nor has PlayStation detailed whether the collection will roll out globally at the same time. Based on past accessory launches, expect region-by-region availability with online retailers and the PlayStation Direct store likely leading the charge.

The Hyperpop Collection launches this March, and while it won’t change how your PS5 plays, it’s clearly designed to change how it looks loudly, unapologetically, and very much on purpose.
